The Taiwan photon source 45A NSRRC-MPI beamline has been commissioning. A low-vibration cooling circulator has been installed for HFM and suppressed the vibration in raw from 0.2 μrad to 0.043 μrad (R.M.S). An in-situ long trace profiler has been installed for measuring the surface profile of active grating. The slope error has been reduced to 0.35 μrad in full acceptance and the energy resolving power is routinely operated around 20,000 between 500-1000 eV. A routinely operated beam size at the sample position is 2 μm in horizontal and 1 μm in vertical. This beamline is feasible for ARPES measurements of 3d transition metal.
