Halide perovskites have recently attracted great attention as promising materials for not only solar energy conversion but also variety of optoelectronic devices. In this talk, I will discuss the all vacuum deposition technique for perovskite thin films and devices fabrication. Applications such as solar cells and artificial retina will be shown. I will also demonstrate our recent works of highly luminescent perovskite quantum dots. The quantum dots exhibit excellent photoluminescent quantum yields, single photon emission properties and saturated colors which possess exciting possibilities as next generation displays and quantum emitters for quantum communication.
